About Us
Fintech Business Solutions is a growing consulting firm providing services in accounting, taxation, business incorporations, internal audits, and end-to-end compliance support. We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin & Customer Relationship Intern to join our team and support our daily operations.
Role & Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and client-facing activities, including:
- Lead generation through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Basic sales follow-ups and lead conversions
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Managing documentation, filing, and record maintenance
- Assisting in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Sending reminders and tracking deadlines
- Supporting staff recruitment activities (screening, coordination, scheduling interviews)
- Assisting the management team with operational tasks as required
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism
