Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic
Retail + E-Commerce Operations Manager
with 3–4 years of experience to oversee day-to-day operations across our retail stores and online business. The role demands strong coordination skills, process orientation, and the ability to streamline inventory, logistics, and customer experience. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on expertise in omnichannel operations, reporting, and SOP implementation, ensuring smooth integration between physical and digital channels. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and operational excellence for a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across retail stores and e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless integration and consistency.
  • Manage order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and stock reconciliation between offline and online channels.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and store teams to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Track and report sales, payments, returns, and operational KPIs across both channels.
  • Implement SOPs for store operations, online order management, and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and liaise with technology partners (POS, Shopify, CRM, etc.).
  • Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational profitability.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years' experience in retail/e-commerce operations (preferably with an omnichannel brand).
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, Shopify (or equivalent), and inventory management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret operational data.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
