Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role includes coordinating with different departments, overseeing inventory, analyzing operational data, and implementing process improvements. The Operations Manager will also handle vendor relationships and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in operations management and process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in vendor management and inventory control
- Problem-solving skills with an aptitude for critical thinking
- Experience in the pet care or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
