Kapoor Diesels Garage Private Limited, established in 1952, has been providing repair and maintenance services for HCV and LCV segments. The company's expertise and superior service have led to a long-term partnership with Tata Motors Ltd since 1994, becoming one of the first TASS for commercial vehicles in Delhi. In the last eight years, Kapoor Diesels has expanded into logistics, serving multinational and Indian clients in the automotive, express delivery, and FMCG sectors.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure service quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, implementing process improvements, and managing relationships with clients and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive or logistics industry is a plus
