Legal support is also offered for matrimonial disputes like domestic violence and child custody. A key focus is safeguarding individuals' rights, particularly in cases of false allegations, and providing robust legal representation.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating with legal teams, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and optimizing workflow processes. The role involves maintaining client relationships, managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and contributing to strategic planning. The Operations Manager will be essential in ensuring the seamless execution of legal services and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills and experience in workflow optimization
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in legal procedures, compliance, and administrative tasks
- Solid understanding of the legal industry, particularly in criminal and matrimonial law
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Experience with client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
