Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and update marketing and training materials for blood bags product range.
  • Conduct product training sessions for the sales team to ensure they stay updated on product changes and new developments.
  • Participate in industry-specific trade shows, training programs, and conferences.
  • Organize workshops and training programs.
  • Oversee new product launches and ensure effective market placement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain training materials, while ensuring proper documentation of training records.
  • Foster Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and support clinicians in research studies, theses, and clinical trials.
  • Conduct regular training programs for existing users and the sales team.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales demonstrations and participate in clinical and technical compliance meetings.
  • Identify and develop new markets for product promotion, while conducting competitor analysis to track market trends and activities.
  • Plan and execute sales promotional activities to enhance brand presence and market growth.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must be qualified in MLT / Biotechnology or Transfusion .
  • Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with good negotiation &communications skill
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
  • Must open for travelling as business requirement.
