Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Executive / Executive - Procurement (FIT booking) located in New Delhi. The role involves managing day-to-day procurement tasks including booking hotels, serviced apartments, and various travel-related services. Responsibilities include negotiating rates with suppliers, coordinating with travel agents and tour operators, and ensuring all bookings meet quality and pricing standards. The role also requires maintaining relationships with vendors and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.

Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, and rate negotiation
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using booking and management software
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and ground handling services
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in international travel bookings is an advantage
