Role Overview

We are seeking an
experienced Event Professional
(Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager) to join our
BTL Activations & Events
vertical. The role requires strong expertise in client servicing, vendor management, and end-to-end event execution. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver high-quality on-ground activations within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute
    BTL activations, brand promotions, and events
    .
  • Act as the primary point of contact for
    clients
    , ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Manage
    vendors
    for fabrication, logistics, manpower, and production requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver
    presentations and proposals
    for pitches and client approvals.
  • Collaborate with
    creative, production, and on-ground teams
    to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage
    budgets
    , negotiate costs, and optimize resources without compromising quality.
  • Document and report post-event performance, including
    MIS updates and client feedback
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or Business Administration
    preferred.
  • 3–8 years of relevant experience in
    BTL activations and event management
    (agency/real estate sector experience is a plus).
