Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Ticketing Executive located in Delhi, India. The Sr. Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling ticket sales, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves communicating with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Ticket Sales and Reservations
  • Good GDS knowldge amadeus and Gallieo.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant ticketing and reservation software
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred
