About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) with prior experience in the international courier / logistics industry. This role involves actively meeting new people, building strong relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential customers, present services, and convert leads into active clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international courier sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements to close deals.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in international courier, freight forwarding, or logistics industry is mandatory.
  • Proven ability in field sales/client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of customs, restricted items, and shipping regulations preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
