Sales Development Representative Lead _IT

Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and generate new qualified opportunities for our Account owners.
- Proactively engage prospects, pique their interest, and capture their attention using a variety of tools and approaches.
- Train and coach SDR team members on identifying, contacting, and creating qualified opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate SDR team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s.
- Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets, enabling our sales organization to be fully productive.
- Plan for the hiring and onboarding of new SDRs to expand the team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and other members of the Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
- Work in partnership with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging that converts inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment of targets.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an inside sales role or as an SDR, with proven success.
- A positive attitude and passion for helping customers achieve success.
- Natural curiosity, love for learning, and a desire to build a successful career in sales.
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
