As our full-time
Social Media Graphic Designer
at Pattern, you will play a pivotal role in our social

media team, leveraging your creative expertise to drive engagement and growth across our client's

digital platforms.

You will collaborate closely with the social media team to conceptualize and

execute visually compelling social content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities
Graphic Design Creation:
Design visually striking graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.

Ensure all design elements align with brand guidelines and messaging strategies.

Collaborate with copywriters and marketing team members to brainstorm creative concepts.

Content Development
Develop engaging multimedia content (such as videos, GIFs, infographics) for various social media platforms.

Adapt designs for different formats and optimize them for maximum impact and usability.

Collaboration And Communication
Work closely with the social media team to align visual design with overall content strategy and campaign goals.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.

Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design for social media, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.

Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

Knowledge of current trends in social media design and digital marketing.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend creative ideas.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and proficiency in graphic design for social media.
