We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator / Digital Designer to drive our brand's online presence through compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in graphic design, video editing, and social media management, with the ability to create engaging assets for our social platforms, promotional campaigns, and website.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Design:

  • Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality visual content (graphics, images, infographics) for all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using professional editing software.
  • Photo Editing: Perform advanced photo editing and manipulation, including retouching, color correction, and composition, specifically for product images and promotional materials.
  • Video Editing: Shoot, edit, and optimize short-form video content, such as Instagram Reels, and promotional video clips.
  • Design Tool Proficiency: Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools) to execute design tasks efficiently.

2. Social Media Management & Strategy:

  • Platform Operation: Manage the day-to-day posting schedule and content deployment for key social media channels, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Content Planning: Create and schedule a diverse range of social media posts, including festival posts, sales announcements, promotional content, and educational material.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is current and engaging.

3. Digital & Website Asset Design:

  • Website Graphics: Design and edit visual assets for the company website, including product images, promotional banners, hero sections, and category graphics.
  • Data Presentation: Design visually appealing ways to present data or information on the website.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content across social media and the website adheres strictly to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or Digital Designer ([Number] years minimum).
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with professional graphic design and photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or other industry-standard software.
  • Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts/TikToks).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn, and their respective content formats and best practices.
  • Excellent eye for design, typography, color, and layout.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design, photo editing, and video editing work is required.
