Role Description:

The Youth COSMO is inviting a
strategic and creative content creator
to lead the digital campaign for an upcoming
children's event celebrating India's heritage sports and traditional games.

Your primary goal
is to
drive qualified footfalls to the event
t
hrough high-quality, story-led social media content. You'll shape the campaign narrative, create engaging reels, carousels, and posts, and turn genuine on-ground moments into online buzz that converts interest into attendance.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who knows what works on social media and can balance
creativity with measurable results.
You'll plan, write, shoot, edit, and publish content that builds excitement while staying true to Youth COSMO's voice:
thoughtful, rooted, and energetic.

Qualifications

This role isn't about degrees. It's about
skill, instinct, and creative agility.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has
    strong social media management and strategy skills
    , knows how to plan, post, and convert engagement into real participation.
  • Can create
    visually striking, high-quality content
    like reels, vlogs, collab posts, and teasers that make people stop and share.
  • Is fluent in
    Instagram and Facebook trends
    , and understands what's performing
    right now.
  • Is a
    pro at using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
    to produce quick, engaging edits.
  • Has an ear to the ground on
    influencers and creators
    who can collaborate and extend reach.
  • Is an
    extrovert
    — confident on camera and comfortable getting others to open up.
  • Can speak fluently in
    English, Marathi, and Hindi.
  • Has
    impeccable writing skills
    and the ability to craft captions and copy that are clear, clever, and on-brand.
  • Is proactive, adaptive, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.

This role is suitable for you if:

  • Are based in
    Pune
    and available through November.
  • You are an extrovert, can get people talking and comfortable on camera.
  • You can package the brand narrative into good posts, stories and reels.
  • You are passionate about creating interesting video content, editing, in sync with styles that are trending and suit the message we are trying to convey.
  • Have a good eye for trends, aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Are energetic, self-driven, and fun to work with.
