Job Overview

Reliance Animation Studios Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our Social Media Team. The role involves editing animated content, designing character-based graphics, and developing engaging digital assets for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and format animated video content for social media platforms
  • Design character graphics, thumbnails, and promotional creatives for campaigns
  • Apply motion graphics and animation techniques where required
  • Maintain high-quality visuals aligned with brand identity
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to meet deadlines and content objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (animation background preferred)
  • Degree or certification in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro – Video Editing
  • Adobe After Effects – Motion Graphics & Animation
  • Adobe Photoshop – Image Editing
  • Adobe Illustrator – Vector/Character Design
  • Adobe Animate (Flash) – 2D Character Animation
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Audition (or similar) for audio syncing/editing
  • Experience designing and formatting content for YouTube, Instagram Reels/Stories, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of character design, thumbnails, and social media trends
  • Freshers are strictly not eligible.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with Figma or Canva for quick-turnaround creatives
  • Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema4D for 3D/motion graphics
  • Understanding of social media optimization (formats, sizes, export settings)

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time | On-site
  • Salary: ₹30,000/- to ₹35,000/- per month
  • Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Location: Dhole Patil Road, Pune, Maharashtra
