Social Media Specialist

To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- 4+ years experience as a social media specialist or similar position
- Experience in using a social media scheduling platform
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar plus additional software graphic design experience is beneficial
- Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Strong research skills to identify market news within the mainframe space
- Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
- Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
- Experience in measuring and monitoring social media, and deriving actionable business insights from social data
- Analyze results to identify business insights, opportunities, and recommendations
- Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage professional communities.
