  • Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage daily sales activities and allocate leads among sales executives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining professional interactions and addressing queries.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the local area.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for sales executives.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present updates to the Sales Manager/Showroom Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, showroom standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks/finance partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on competitors, new vehicle launches, and market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
