Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kottayam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to meet and exceed targets, identifying and nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The role involves devising sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, the Sales Manager will identify market opportunities, ensure alignment with company goals, and foster a customer-centric approach within the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, including leading teams and devising sales strategies
  • Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and cultivating client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of performance metrics, reporting, and meeting revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
  • Experience in the construction or home interiors industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
