Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Team Leader – Study Abroad
for our
upcoming Kottayam branch
. This is a
full-time, on-site position
where you will lead and manage a dynamic team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that our clients receive high-quality, compliant, and professional service throughout their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and guide a team to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to immigration regulations.
  • Provide ongoing
    training, mentoring, and support
    to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to streamline processes.
  • Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in a leadership or similar role (preferably in the education, migration, or consulting sector).
  • Strong
    leadership and team management
    abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Strong
    organizational and problem-solving
    abilities.
  • Good knowledge of
    immigration processes and regulations
    .
  • Proficiency in CRM
    and related software tools.
  • Ability to work
    independently and collaboratively
    .
  • Bachelor's degree
    in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in the
    study abroad
    is a plus.
