Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Engineer located in Satara. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, generating sales proposals, and managing customer accounts. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, offering product recommendations, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will also maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Technical support and product recommendation skills
- Experience in generating sales proposals and managing customer accounts
- Order processing and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background is a plus
- Experience in the Valves industry is mandatory
