Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid

marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role will focus on driving sales,

improving ROI, acquiring new customers, and scaling revenue for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and other paid media platforms.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution: budgeting, targeting, creatives, A/B testing, and

tracking.

  • Monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Develop and optimize retargeting and remarketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design/content team for high-performing creatives.
  • Optimize product listings, keywords, and ad placements for marketplaces.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
  • Work closely with e-commerce, SEO, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads.
  • Excellent understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Funnels, and Attribution

Models.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, and Data Studio/Power BI.
  • Proficiency with keyword tools (SEMRush, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart,

Myntra, etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and optimization mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) experience is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Amazon Advertising preferred.
