About the Role:We are looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a blend of data-driven performance marketing and creative digital marketing to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and more.
  • Optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, focusing on CPC, CPA, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Manage budget allocation across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal spending efficiency.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to enhance user engagement and ad effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: minimum 8 years in digital marketing and performance marketing (preferably in consumer electronics).
  • Skills: Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and programmatic advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to create data-driven marketing strategies with clear performance KPIs.
  • Experience in email marketing, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing digital campaigns.
