Media Buyer Position

We are a marketing agency based out of India that's looking for an experienced media buyer or paid ads growth specialist. We have added $250 million in revenue for our eCommerce and Home services brands in the last 5 years & are currently in the growth phase with onboarding new & scaling our current client roster.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is willing to go the extra mile putting in the effort to push for better results & improve the overall experience working for us & our brands instead of someone who's managed millions in ad spend but would deliver sub-standard results & experience.

For the right candidate, we are willing for performance incentives based on the results you get. This role does not require relocation if you have the capability to deliver results & coordinate fast with our team remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Research the account/brand demographic to churn out the most relevant ad copy/creative/funnel structure suggestions.
  • Client communication & confidence building
  • Perform A/B tests to gather insights.
  • Follow a rigorous data-driven approach for making decisions.
  • Suggest & optimize for new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, improvements on landing pages, etc with an aim to help increase ROAS/conversions
  • Keep up with new updates & industry changes to incorporate into our strategy.
  • Work closely with us & our brands to help achieve target KPIs.
  • Write creative copies with a direct response focus.
  • Write & edit marketing copy with excellent grammar.

Requirements:

  • Have managed paid ads campaigns in the past on Facebook/Google preferably for eCommerce/DTC brands
  • Managed a minimum of $25,000 in ad spend
  • Have at least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience
