We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions while ensuring maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives and messaging.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Track budgets, forecast results, and ensure campaigns deliver within target ROI.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitor strategies.
  • Provide detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid ads.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
  • Hands-on experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
