About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth in the Bangalore/ Hyderabad region for our diagnostics portfolio. The role involves managing sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective market penetration within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and business growth in the assigned area through direct and channel sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, franchises, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify, appoint, and manage PUPs (Pick-up Points) within the region.
- Develop strategies to outperform competition and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve desired business objectives.
Requirements:
- 58 years of proven sales experience in the diagnostics/healthcare/medical devices industry.
- Strong understanding of the diagnostics market in Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead a team and deliver results under pressure.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
