Role Description
We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will primarily be responsible for making support calls to our customers. This role does not involve lead generation but requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth conversations with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to support customer requirements.
- Communicate clearly, politely, and patiently at all times.
- Provide information or assistance as required during calls.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills.
- High levels of patience, empathy, and politeness while speaking.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle repetitive queries with professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or call handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
