We are seeking enthusiastic Junior Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Urban. As a full-time role, you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing customer relationships, leveraging your expertise in telesales to drive business success. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a flair for communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- Telesales executives (Mandatory skill) are essential to effectively promote our products and services over the phone.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
- Cold Calling experience is necessary to initiate the first point of contact and engage potential leads.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and recommendations.
- Skilled in objection handling to address customer concerns and overcome challenges in making a successful sale.
- Capable of developing compelling sales pitches tailored to different customer needs and preferences.
- Experience in lead generation to identify potential clients and foster new business opportunities.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and achieve targets within set deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell or upsell products and services.
- Develop and implement persuasive sales strategies to maximize business growth and customer retention.
- Follow up on leads and conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities to stay informed about market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
