Marketing and Communication Manager

We are looking for a skilled Marketing and Communication Manager to join our team at Novotel Ahmedabad, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand and services.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and communication management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and software is an added advantage.
