Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with the community, managing online and offline communications, and building relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing community engagement initiatives, moderating discussions, responding to queries, organizing events, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall community experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in community management, public relations, or customer engagement
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media platforms, and community engagement tools
  • Event planning and coordination abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and corporate communication
  • Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
