The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls and provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions.Understand customer queries and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product knowledge and service-related updates.Requirements:Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions.Bachelor's degree in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Strong listening skills with the ability to handle calls professionally.
