Nap Chief is a fast-growing kidswear brand loved by parents across India for our quirky, comfortable, and high-quality designs. We're looking for a Process Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview As a Process Coordinator, you'll be the link that keeps our workflows smooth and on track. Your role will focus on follow-ups, coordination, and communication to ensure tasks are completed on time while maintaining a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Coordinate across departments and share regular updates with stakeholders
  • Build rapport with team members and encourage accountability
  • Track progress, highlight delays, and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain proper documentation of task status and updates
  • Support in organizing and prioritizing weekly workflows

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in coordination, operations, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
