About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and result-driven professional to lead our Operations & Design vertical. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client handling, operations execution, and team leadership. This role demands someone who can drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and ensure smooth operations across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Design and Operations teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Drive revenue targets through strategic planning and operational excellence.
  • Handle client escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and monitor P&L performance.
  • Create and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and execution.
  • Plan targets, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
