Content & Social Media Manager (Website + Revenue Growth)

We are launching a new website and are looking for a creative and results-driven Content & Social Media Manager to help us grow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adding regular content to the site, managing our social media platforms, and helping generate revenue through digital marketing strategies.

This is a long-term role for someone passionate about content, marketing, and online business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and publish engaging content for the website (blogs, articles, product descriptions, etc.).
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create engaging posts, captions, and visuals (basic design/video editing skills are a plus).
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue.
  • Manage ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and track ROI.
  • Optimize content for SEO and monitor site performance (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Explore monetization opportunities (AdSense, affiliate marketing, sponsored content).
  • Stay updated on trends to create fresh, engaging, and revenue-focused content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Buffer/Hootsuite, Mailchimp (or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for online growth and audience engagement.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
  • Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer outreach.
  • Understanding of revenue generation models for websites and social media.
