**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fact Presentation and Point Making**:

- Present factual information, statistics, and insights related to real estate and personal finance in an entertaining and relatable manner.
- Make relevant points and commentary on current events, trends, and industry developments through social media content.
- **Engagement and Community Building**:

- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Encourage interaction, discussion, and sharing of content among followers to build a loyal and engaged audience.
- **Content Strategy and Planning**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns, challenges, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- **Performance Tracking and Optimization**:

- Monitor key performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and follower growth to evaluate the effectiveness of social media content.
- Analyze data insights and trends to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience targeting.
