**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, create, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.), ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Create visually appealing content, including high-quality photos, videos, graphics, and stories, that aligns with our brand aesthetic and resonates with our target audience.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new collections, products, and brand initiatives, ensuring campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and experiment with new formats and strategies to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to bring content ideas to life.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, comments, and trends, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Manage social media budgets and timelines effectively.
- Ensure all content is compliant with copyright laws and ethical guidelines.
- Adapt content to suit different platforms and audience demographics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of Indian fashion, culture, and trends.
- Excellent photography and videography skills, with proficiency in using cameras, lighting equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) to create visually compelling content.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions, scripts, and narratives.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to create a variety of content formats, including photos, videos, stories, reels, and live streams.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling, publishing, and analytics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to track, measure, and report on content performance.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong visual aesthetic.
- Familiarity with copyright laws and ethical guidelines related to social media content.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media optimization (SMO).
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Familiarity with other Indian languages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,480.38 - ₹15,000.00 per month
