We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator Intern to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll manage our social media profiles, create engaging content, and help shape our social media strategy to grow our online presence. You'll have the chance to work closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and support key campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
  • Assist in planning and developing social media strategies to boost engagement and reach
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and content performance to refine strategies
  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a professional and timely manner
  • Track and report on social media performance and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) for content creation
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts
  • Understanding of content marketing and SEO

What We Offer:

  • Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 INR based on experience
