Capricorn E-Commerce is an e-commerce platform looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Anchor to drive our digital presence. If you're passionate about storytelling and creating engaging content, this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, create, and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute engaging campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Host live streams, product launches, and events to interact with our audience.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling visuals and content.
- Track and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments, building a strong online community.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in content creation and managing social media channels.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with a digital audience.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Language needed is English, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic
