Position Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Creator to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and produce professional-quality videos. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a solid understanding of social media trends and expertise in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data
  • Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community-building tactics
  • Content Creation:
  • Develop content ideas aligned with brand tone and objectives
  • Create high-quality, engaging graphics, captions, reels, stories, and carousels
  • Stay updated on trends to produce relevant and viral content
  • Video Production & Editing:
  • Capture and edit short-form and long-form video content
  • Use professional tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro for high-quality editing
  • Add effects, transitions, subtitles, music, and branding elements as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
  • Strong portfolio of video editing and content creation work
  • Must have proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro professional video editing tools.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Ads, etc.)
  • Photography or on-set video production experience
  • Motion graphics skills
