We are currently seeking a **SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR** to join our dynamic marketing team. You will primarily be responsible for Novyy's presence on **Instagram and Pinterest. **You will design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the business goals. This is an ideal opportunity for a young person with 2-3 years of relevant experience who wishes to make a remarkable contribution to an early stage venture.

**Immediate Joining. Salary non-negotiable.**

**Skills**
- Competence with graphic design tools is a must, namely Adobe products like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and InDesign. Demonstrable abilities are crucial for making **INFOGRAPHICS** that are both interesting and useful to the audience. Ability to understand numerical data is a must.
- Ability to conduct thorough research in order to compile necessary material for an infographic. This covers skills like information gathering and interpretation.
- An undergraduate/ graduate degree in visual communication, web design, or fine art is required.

**Requirements**:

- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, images, videos, graphs, charts and news). Must be proficient in use of scheduling tool like **Later** Experience with Pinterest content is a must.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to assess effectiveness of social media activities.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Must have excellent command over **English**.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

**Certifications**:

- Must possess certifications of All Instagram marketing Meta Blueprint certifications for Instagram business, stories, live, hashtags and advertising on Instagram
