**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop ideas for posts, videos, and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure timely posting.
- Stay up to date with current trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve future content.
- Shoot, edit, and optimize photos and videos for different platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator, social media executive, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design or animation skills.
