*Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

*Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

*Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.

*Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.

*Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

*Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

*Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Content Creation**: Create original, high-quality content including graphics, videos, GIFs, memes, and written posts tailored to each platform and optimized for maximum engagement.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and actively engage with our audience to build relationships and foster a sense of community.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and relevant events.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to continuously optimize content strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing objectives, campaigns, and brand messaging.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track key performance metrics, analyze data insights, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven decisions for future content strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content optimization and audience engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and bring them to life through compelling content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media and staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹11,728.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
