**Role Overview**

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated **Content Creator** to develop, produce, and manage engaging content across various platforms. As a Content Creator at CredoHire, you will be responsible for creating dynamic and engaging visuals and videos that resonate with our audience. Your content will help elevate our brand’s presence, increase engagement, and drive traffic. You will also play a key role in developing marketing collaterals for both internal and external events and creating compelling blog content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and publish high-quality content for CredoHire’s social media platforms.
- Develop original graphics, videos, and other media assets tailored to our target audience.
- Help create marketing collaterals for internal and external events, including promotional materials, flyers, banners, and other assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure content aligns with the company’s voice, mission, and strategic goals.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and stay updated with current trends and best practices in content creation.
- Edit and refine videos for optimal social media engagement, including scripting, shooting, and post-production.
- Collaborate on creative campaigns, blog posts, and other content-driven initiatives.
- Write engaging blogs that align with the company’s voice and brand, contributing to SEO and thought leadership.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure it performs well across different platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.

**Skills & Expertise Required**
- **Social Media Expertise**: Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create platform-specific content.
- **Content Creation & Design**: Ability to produce creative content in various formats (videos, infographics, photos, GIFs). Experience with video editing and graphic design tools is a must.
- **Video Editing & Production**: Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- **Graphic Design**: Good command of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- **Understanding of Analytics**: Ability to analyze social media insights and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- **Trend Awareness**: Keeping up with industry trends, viral content, and new technologies.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Communication**: Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions, scripts, and blog content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing past content (social media posts, videos, graphics, blogs).
- Experience with content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO and best practices for content optimization.
- Knowledge of current social media trends, memes, and viral content.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creative storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,466.86 per month
