**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Sourcing**: Research and identify relevant content (articles, videos, infographics, etc.) that resonates with our audience from various sources like blogs, social media, and news outlets.
- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating original content or collaborate with the content team to produce fresh material.
- **Content Management**: Organize and manage content libraries or databases for easy retrieval and usage.
- **Social Media & Platform Publishing**: Curate content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other online channels, ensuring proper tagging, categorization, and SEO optimization.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor the performance of curated content, track engagement metrics, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all curated content is consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, design, and editorial teams to ensure cohesive content strategy across all channels.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with digital content trends, industry news, and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content curation, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of SEO and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, etc.
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other content scheduling platforms.
- Experience in using analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
- Knowledge of multimedia content types (video, podcasts, infographics, etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to find innovative ways to engage the audience.
