Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong
IT Recruiter
with 2+ years of experience in
contract staffing
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with
top-tier MNC clients
, strong knowledge of IT technologies, and the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    end-to-end IT recruitment
    for contract positions across various domains and technologies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and MNC clients to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates within specified timelines.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Conduct technical screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics for timely reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Stay updated with current market trends and emerging technologies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience

  • Proven track record of working with

  • Strong understanding of

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
