Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in bangalore for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. Daily tasks will include working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, utilizing social media and other networks to reach potential candidates, and ensuring the best possible candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in hiring within the technology sector
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
