Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Telesales Executive for our expanding operations in Chennai. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our organization through effective communication and strategic digital marketing skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets through effective communication and support.
- Proficient in telemarketing techniques and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude and perseverance.
- Telecommunications skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and convincing manner.
- Digital Marketing (Mandatory skill), essential for understanding client needs and offering tailored digital solutions.
- Strong digital strategy acumen to identify potential areas for growth and implement effective marketing plans.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies to drive sales growth and achieve objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our digital marketing services and solutions.
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and listening techniques to provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and industry developments to effectively address client inquiries.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
