Role Description

This is a full-time on-site night shift role for a Telesales Executive located in Chennai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating and following up on leads, and converting leads into sales. The role includes providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with their inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. The Telesales Executive will play a key role in achieving the sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Auto parts sale skills
  • Proficient in Customer Support
  • Excellent time management and as part of team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the automotive telesales and BPO telesales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
