Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients to promote logistics services and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collect outstanding payments from clients in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange vehicle availability and manage load booking requirements.
  • Understand customer needs and provide the best logistics solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payment updates.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, collections, and load arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours
09:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday Fixed Off

Key Skills Required
Fluency in Hindi (mandatory).

Good communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.

Basic knowledge of logistics/transportation industry (preferred, not mandatory).

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Prior telesales or customer support experience will be an added advantage.
