Role Summary:
Inspiria Knowledge Campus is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Paid Ad Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize paid advertising initiatives. The role involves creating, managing and analysing paid campaigns to drive student inquiries, increase brand awareness, and achieve marketing goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in paid media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid ad strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to maximize reach and engagement
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI
- Monitor daily spend to ensure campaigns remain within budget while achieving desired outcomes
- Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms to analyse data and inform decision-making
- Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, designers and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy
- Provide guidance on visuals, messaging, and CTAs to enhance ad performance
- Keyword and Audience Research:
- Conduct detailed keyword research for search campaigns and develop targeted audience segments for display and social campaigns
- Stay updated on trends and audience behaviour to refine targeting strategies
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates t
- Experiment with new ad formats, channels and tools to explore growth opportunities
- Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads for admissions and enrolment
- Collaborate with the admissions team to align campaign efforts with lead conversion goals
- Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor campaigns to identify opportunities and refine Inspira's ad strategies
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and maintain high standards of quality
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Experience in the education sector or managing campaigns for academic institutions is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of PPC, display advertising, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Creative thinking to develop engaging ad creatives and strategies.
