Job Title: Sales Executive – Commercial Real Estate Inventory Sourcing 
Location: Central / East Bangalore (Preferred: CBD/Bangalore North, Bangalore South East vicinity) 

Role Overview 
We are seeking a Sales Executive with field experience in commercial real estate sourcing to expand 
our property inventory. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in site acquisition, rent 
negotiation, and owner relationship management, with the ability to identify and secure high-value 
commercial assets across Bangalore. 

Key Responsibilities 
Commercial Property Sourcing & Acquisition 

• Identify and source office spaces, retail outlets, warehouses, and land parcels suitable for 
commercial use. 

• Conduct field visits, site inspections, and feasibility assessments to evaluate potential 
properties. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and 
local stakeholders. 

• Negotiate lease terms, rentals, and agreements to secure inventory at competitive rates. 

• Manage documentation, verification, and registration processes for acquired properties. 

Business Development Support 

• Work closely with the BD VP to align sourcing strategy with organizational goals. 

• Provide market intelligence on commercial property trends, pricing, and competitor activity. 

• Support in preparing reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates for leadership review. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of sourced inventory for 
operations and sales activation. 

Stakeholder & Relationship Management 

• Resolve owner issues, neighbor concerns, and local public queries during acquisition. 

• Maintain long-term partnerships to enable renewals, expansions, and referrals. 

• Represent Buloke Commercial Assets with professionalism and integrity in all negotiations. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce, or related field. 

• 1-3 years of proven field experience in commercial real estate sourcing, acquisition, or sales. 

• Strong expertise in site acquisition, rent negotiation, and agreement processes. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Must be based in Central or East Bangalore, preferably near Sarjapur Road.
